Powermann Bangladesh Limited are seeking to employ a dedicated and customer-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales for Dhaka, Bogura and Chittagong branches. The Business Development Executive responsibilities include analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve company products, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company products or services purchased, as well as submitting account plans and sales reports to higher management. You should also be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
To be successful as a Business Development Executive, you should be persuasive and able to build rapport with customers. Ultimately, an outstanding Business Development Executive should be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers, and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

POWERMANN Bangladesh Limited started manufacturing of Distribution & Power Transformer and Switchgear panels in the year of 2000 with a strong team with a profound knowledge of state of arts in manufacturing of related field. POWERMANN offers a complete solution of electrical power system for Industrial sectors, Commercial complex, Private building and houses as per the valued customers’ demand and desire. Substation i.e., Transformer is the most important item, on which a company has to rely on to keep continual production process. Powermann factory is one of the largest independent manufacturing unit in this Power Sector. The sales executive will work under the direct supervision Of Managing director and close coordination with Executive director of Sales.
Key Responsibility:
- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers.
- Assisting newly-recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers.
- Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
- Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
- 4 years of Proven sales management experience.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills and Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and Exceptional customer service skills.
- Analyzing sales data, Presentation skills, Management and leadership skills
- Computer operating knowledge in MS Office, ACAD (preferable)
