1.  Business Development & Sales Executive 

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive (Sales and Marketing) will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the power and electrical industry, with a focus on transformers and related electrical products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of transformer products, the electrical distribution and power sector, and be capable of building long-term relationships with EPC contractors, utility companies, government agencies, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell transformers, substation equipment, and related electrical products to industrial clients, government utilities (e.g., DPDC, PDB), developers, and contractors.
  • Identify potential customers and new market segments to expand business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy.
  • Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.
  • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product offerings meet client needs.
  • Visit client sites and construction projects as needed for sales follow-ups.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, targets, and market developments.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Marketing, or a related field or Electrical Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in electrical or industrial products).
  • Understanding of transformer or power distribution systems is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).

2. Senior Business Development & Sales Executive

Job Summary:

  • The Senior Business Development Executive (Sales and Marketing) will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the power and electrical industry, with a focus on transformers and related electrical products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of transformer products, the electrical distribution and power sector, and be capable of building long-term relationships with EPC contractors, utility companies, government agencies, and industrial clients.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the transformer and substation sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients such as industrial companies, government utilities (e.g., PDB, DPDC), real estate developers, and contractors.
    • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
    • Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate product specifications and delivery timelines.
    • Attend industry exhibitions, seminars, and events to promote the brand and products.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
    • Monitor project execution and provide after-sales support.
    • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. MBA is a plus.
    • More than 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in transformer or heavy electrical equipment industry.
    • Strong technical understanding of power transformers and substations.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.

    Preferred Qualities:

    • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
    • Strong customer focus with problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

3. Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day factory related financial transaction; inventory cost and other ad-hoc financial transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Accounting Operations:
    • Maintain and record day-to-day factory-related financial transactions including purchases, expenses, and inventory usage.
    • Manage petty cash and factory-related disbursements with proper documentation.
  • Inventory and Cost Accounting:
    • Coordinate with the store and production team for inventory movement.
    • Assist in tracking raw material consumption and calculating cost of production.
    • Maintain stock registers and conduct periodic physical verification.
  • Vendor and Payment Management:
    • Process vendor invoices, ensure proper approvals, and timely payment to suppliers.
    • Maintain vendor accounts and reconcile monthly balances.
  • Payroll Support:
    • Assist in preparing salary sheets and processing wages for factory workers in coordination with HR.
    • Keep records of attendance, overtime, and other benefits.
  • Financial Reporting & Documentation:
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for factory operations.
    • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
    • Maintain proper filing and backup of financial records (hard copy and digital).
  • Compliance and Taxation:
    • Support VAT, TAX, and other statutory compliance relevant to factory transactions.
    • Prepare necessary documents for submission to government authorities.
  • Coordination:
    • Liaise with the Head Office finance team for inter-department reconciliation and reporting.
    • Communicate effectively with the procurement and production departments for accounting inputs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
