He has completed his B.Sc Engineering in 2005 and did MBA in 2007 from NUB. He joined at POWERMANN 28 Nov 2008. Now he is working in tender division.

Supply Chain and Procurement:

A supply chain is the network of manufacturers, suppliers and logistics providers needed to get a specific product to our business and subsequently our customers. At its core, supply chain management is the act of overseeing and managing a supply chain to ensure it is operating as efficiently as possible.

We are responsible for the movement of goods, from manufacturers and suppliers to the customer. We oversee and manage every stage of the production flow, from purchasing the raw materials to the delivery of the final product.

Functional Responsibilities:

• We manage the entire process in the planning of procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, ensuring effectively functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
• We ensure effective lines of communication between the Programme Management Office, Project Managers and the procurement team to ensure priority requirements, timely delivery of goods, works and services using the most appropriate procurement procedures
• We responsible for introducing process improvements in the supply chain and identify new vendors/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors that facilitate smooth flow of services and projects.
• Implement effective internal control, proper design and functioning of a client-oriented procurement management system for projects and related reporting requirements
