Powermann Bangladesh Limited invites applications for the position of sales Executive from qualified, energetic and self-motivated fresh graduate who wish to build up their career in sales and marketing area in a dynamic working environment.

POWERMANN Bangladesh Limited started manufacturing of Distribution & Power Transformer and Switchgear panels in the year of 2000 with a strong team with a profound knowledge of state of arts in manufacturing of related field. POWERMANN offers a complete solution of electrical power system for Industrial sectors, Commercial complex, Private building and houses as per the valued customers’ demand and desire. Substation i.e., Transformer is the most important item, on which a company has to rely on to keep continual production process. Powermann factory is one of the largest independent manufacturing unit in this Power Sector. The sales executive will work under the direct supervision Of Managing director and close coordination with Executive director of Sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance Of the sales team
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• The ongoing training of your sales people.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to Our products.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
Must have science background with MBA in marketing or Communications (fresh graduate is preferable).
SALES EXECUTIVE QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• Proactive with self-motivated, challenge taker, target oriented
• Strong communication skills both in oral and writing
• Creating and implementing a sales plan
• Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
• Analyzing sales data, Presentation skills, Management and leadership skills
• Computer operating knowledge in MS Office, ACAD (preferable)
